\nResponsibilities: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tThe ability to support the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.\u00a0
\n\tEnsures the team executes operational excellence through a customer centric mindset.\u00a0
\n\tGenerating high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.\u00a0
\n\tAllocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and completing priorities.\u00a0
\n\tProvide input and manage merchandise and visual principles\u00a0
\n\tDrive performance through the store KPI\u2019s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals. Etc).\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA Matric certificate.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tHigh flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations.\u00a0
\n\tA high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently.\u00a0
\n\tHigh flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.\u00a0
