\tA relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field
\n\t5 – 8 years\u2019 relevant experience with supervisory experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tManage and control of the Labour Relations Section.
\n\tProvide advice to Management and Line Managers on Labour Relations matters.
\n\tRecommend disciplinary action and undertake preliminary investigations.
\n\tRepresent the employer on the CCMA, Bargaining Council and complicated disciplinary hearings.
\n\tManage, develop and control of Labour Relations Policies.
\n\tManage grievances procedures.
\n\tManage the functioning of the Local Labour Forum.
\n\tManage Labour Relations Training process.
\n\tDevelop and Manage strike contingency plan.
\n\tMonitor Labour Relations trends and advise Management accordingly.
\n\tInternal and external communication on Labour Relations matters.
\n\tFinancial Management for the Labour Relations Sections.<\/p>\n
