We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Facility Co-ordinator & Driver to support the smooth day-to-day running of our facility, warehouse, and local production operations. This role requires someone practical, organised, and willing to assist across driving, inventory, facility upkeep, and general administrative support.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Driving & Collections<\/p>\n
\tDeliver inventory to stores and other locations as required
\n\tCollect and drop off production inventory from suppliers and partners
\n\tSource and collect raw materials for local production
\n\tAssist with general driving, collections, and deliveries for the business<\/p>\n
Inventory Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist with inventory management within the local production facility and warehouse
\n\tCount and check stock accurately
\n\tHelp control and track inventory movement between locations
\n\tMove stock safely and efficiently within the facility
\n\tAssist with raw material, fabric, and production-related stock management<\/p>\n
Administrative Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist with general ad hoc administrative tasks
\n\tSupport operational co-ordination where needed
\n\tHelp ensure paperwork, stock records, and basic operational tasks are kept up to date<\/p>\n
Facility Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the general maintenance, organisation, and upkeep of the warehouse and facility
\n\tHelp keep the working environment neat, clean, safe, and well organised
\n\tOversee the condition of the company vehicle and ensure servicing, maintenance, and licensing requirements are kept up to date
\n\tProvide general support with ad hoc facility and operational tasks<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tValid driver\u2019s licence (PDP required)
\n\tPhysically able to lift and move heavy boxes
\n\tReliable, responsible, and punctual
\n\tPractical, hands-on, and willing to assist where needed
\n\tGood organisational skills and attention to detail
