\tCreate annual culture activities plan across the primary school based on cultural organizing bodies schedules.
\n\tLiaise with cultural organizing bodies.
\n\tRegistration of leaners with relevant bodies.
\n\tPlan and set up culture roster and extramural programme for the year, and per term.
\n\tCreate and manage communications to parents regarding cultural activities.\u00a0
\n\tArrangement of transportation to schools for cultural activities where required.
\n\tCreate and manage the process of indemnity and permission slips for all events.
\n\tProvide input into marketing process including providing of content and writing of newsletter inserts \/ extracts.
\n\tOversee and manage all cultural activity processes.\u00a0
\n\tAssign and plan staff duties roster for educators who wish to coordinate and facilitate.
\n\tPlan and order cultural equipment.
\n\tManage service and repairs of equipment.
\n\tCultural budget management.\u00a0
\n\tRepresent school on district planning committees.
\n\tSetting of awards criteria and management of the awards process.
\n\tRelationship building with neighbouring schools.
\n\tSource and invite adjudicators for all events.
\n\tSource and manage outside coaches for cultural activities as required.
\n\tLiaise with the music center and ensuring that quality service is given to our learners.
\n\tDrive excellence in all cultural activities presented by the school.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications, experience and skills<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree of Arts or equivalent qualification.\u00a0
\n\tCertificate in Events Management.
\n\tSACE Registered.
\n\tExperience in coaching and organizing cultural events.<\/p>\n
