Their goal is to provide each customer with the highest level of customer support, including providing clearly and concisely outlined fees and charges, and payment requirements. You\u2019ll interact with customers across multiple channels \u2014 voice, chat, SMS, and email.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tYour key responsibilities will include assisting with account activations, providing updates on credit card application statuses, and addressing collection-related inquiries. The focus of this role is to deliver clear, effective support and resolve customer queries efficiently.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
\n\tClear Credit and Criminal record
\n\t1- 2 years\u2019 experience in financial services (Local or International)
\n\tCustomer service or call center experience in financial services.
\n\tTyping proficiency and ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
\n\tBasic arithmetic skills for handling account-related transactions.<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n
\tAssisting customers with their credit card queries, activating the account, providing update on status of application or collections of monies on current account.
\n\tStrong communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence (EQ).
\n\tExperience in handling customer enquiries via voice, chat, SMS, and email.
\n\tDeliver script verbatim to every eligible caller, without deviation
\n\tMaintain a confident, friendly, and professional tone throughout each call
\n\tAbility to learn new processes, adapt quickly, and meet performance targets
\n\tStay focused and organized while handling a high volume of repetitive, structured calls
\n\tProviding world class customer service to international clients.<\/p>\n
