\tOptimi has an opportunity available for a motivated individual to join the team as an online tutor. The ideal candidate should be a good role model for students and aim to inspire and reinforce study skills.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor in Computer Science\/ Information Technology\u00a0
\n\tExperience in tutoring at the university
\n\tOnline presentation
\n\tEnglish: fluent (written and verbal).
\n\tAn above-average mark for qualification
\n\tProficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp<\/p>\n
DUTIES<\/p>\n
\tAssisting students in understanding difficult modules and concepts.
\n\tAssessing and improving students\u2019 current learning processes.
\n\tReviewing past papers and assignments and answering questions students may have on the topic.
\n\tSupporting students throughout their academic year.
\n\tDeveloping lesson plans.
\n\tIdentifying students\u2019 specific needs during sessions.
\n\tTracking student progress.
\n\tProviding Tuta-Me feedback on all sessions.<\/p>\n
