Refine and update tactical plans on a weekly basis.<br \/>\n\tExecute sales, promotional, and visual merchandising strategies in the general trade.<br \/>\n\tMonitor competitor activity and advise on local tactical response.<br \/>\n\tManage partner relationships (informal) to drive acquisition, activation, and customer experience.<br \/>\n\tForecast stock, POS, and merchandising material needs; influence distribution of aforementioned.<\/p>\n<p>Field Operations &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tSupervise channel partner and distributor and ensure daily\/weekly call cycle compliance.<br \/>\n\tSupport training execution of channel partner and distributor as per regional calendar.<br \/>\n\tConduct daily inspections in general trade. Manage escalation resolution based on observations.<br \/>\n\tDrive adherence to policies, PPPs, and merchandising guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Customer &amp; Channel Partner Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Marketing, General Trade Channel) and external trade partners.<br \/>\n\tAlign execution with BU-wide strategy and customer needs.<br \/>\n\tAct as liaison between in-trade realities and head office plans.<br \/>\n\tEnsure channel partner readiness and consistent delivery to customer needs.<br \/>\n\tImprove customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and service enhancements.<br \/>\n\tEmbed continuous improvement in channel partner support and trade execution.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Monitoring &amp; Insights<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack and report on KPIs across both direct and indirect including sales performance, stock levels, and channel partner compliance.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse customer and channel partner trends to inform interventions.<br \/>\n\tProvide timely reporting to stakeholders and ensure audit readiness.<\/p>\n<p>General Governance, Policies and Procedures<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure effective implementation of (and compliance towards) all company policies, processes, and procedures. Put effective methods and standards in place in alignment with aforementioned.<br \/>\n\tManage and provide solutions to escalations that have multiple processes \/ functions impact on critical path of service delivery<br \/>\n\tContinuously review key risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions. Proactively flag and escalate issues and manage impacts on resources, cost and productivity.<\/p>\n<p>Budget &amp; Cost Control<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide input into regional budget planning in relation to channel partner execution requirements.<br \/>\n\tIdentify cost-saving and revenue-generation opportunities.<br \/>\n\tStreamline systems and processes to reduce operational costs.<\/p>\n<p>People and Culture<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide technical, procedural and policy guidance to staff, colleagues , partners and vendors<br \/>\n\tManage own performance and identify training needs.<br \/>\n\tEnable and model healthy employee relations and collaborative teamwork.<br \/>\n\tManage diversity, develop, and embed an Employment Equity plan for the business area.<br \/>\n\tContribute to building a culture of continuous evaluation and improvement.
