Job Description<\/p>\n
\tA fast-growing industrial manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen its Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance function.
\n\tThe role is highly hands-on and requires a strong focus on manufacturing quality, ISO standards, and continuous improvement within a high-pressure production environment. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and oversee a small QA team.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the factory
\n\tEnsure compliance with SOPs, quality manuals, and manufacturing work instructions
\n\tManage non-conformance, CAPA processes, and root cause analysis
\n\tHandle customer complaints, investigations, and corrective action closure
\n\tLead internal audits, inspections, and support external audit readiness
\n\tTrack and report on quality KPIs, risks, and improvement initiatives
\n\tEnsure adherence to HSE standards and support incident investigations
\n\tLead, coach, and develop a small Quality Assurance team
\n\tWork closely with Production, Maintenance, and Operations teams
\n\tMaintain quality control systems, testing protocols, and documentation standards<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment
\n\tExperience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Process Management
\n\tStrong knowledge of SOP-driven environments and compliance systems
\n\tExposure to ISO 9001 \/ ISO 45001 (Six Sigma advantageous)
\n\tExperience with audits, CAPA, and risk management systems
\n\tStrong analytical, structured problem-solving, and leadership skills
\n\tAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
\n\tStrong communication skills (Afrikaans advantageous due to workforce profile)
\n\tHands-on, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset<\/p>\n
