\tMaximize room revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and smart selling techniques
\n\tConvert enquiries into confirmed bookings with personality and confidence<\/p>\n
Guest Experience Creator\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProvide warm, engaging, and personalized communication at every touchpoint
\n\tSet the tone for the guest journey from first contact<\/p>\n
System & Accuracy Champion\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate records in PMS and reservation systems
\n\tEnsure all bookings, rates, and details are correct and up to date<\/p>\n
