Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tAccountable for the team in the EasyPay Everywhere Branches.
\n\tBuilds and develops resources and environment to enable the team to achieve desired objectives.
\n\tManage and Supports Sales and Service consultants
\n\tResponsible for the facilitation of the team\u2019s outcome.
\n\tTarget Setting and responsible for staff achieving of Targets<\/p>\n
Customer<\/p>\n
\tEnsures that the team attends to customers, understands what matters to the customers and effectively delivers against those demands.
\n\tEnsure that the team takes ownership of every demand and provides customers with immediate responses.
\n\tProactively conduct needs analyses at every customer interaction and identify sales opportunities and provide solutions accordingly.<\/p>\n
People<\/p>\n
\tManages staff leave, hours of work, overtime and movement of staff to proactively source new business.
\n\tCoaches upskills and support staff to achieve their individual and collective sales targets.
\n\tPut proactive sales plans and ensure that plans are clearly defined, and the team is aligned and ensure swift execution and measure the output.<\/p>\n
Finance<\/p>\n
\tManage staff overtime, Manage Fleet costs for vehicles used for proactive sales activities.
\n\tEnsure that the team produces the required financial outcomes by achieving the set sales targets. (EPE enrolments and Activations)
\n\tImplement cost containment measures to closely manage business\/operational expense such as stationery costs, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, office refreshments\/groceries, etc. thereby preventing any wasteful expenditure in the Branches<\/p>\n
Process, Risk, Regulatory & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the sales team adheres to the processes and procedures.
\n\tEnsure that the Staff Manual is made available to staff and that it is read and understood by all staff.
\n\tEnsure full compliance of all new business at origination.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma\/NQF level 6 qualification in Business Studies or equivalent.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t5 \/ 7 years of sales experience from Banking or Financial Services environment, 3 of which must have been in the leadership role.
\n\tReport Writing, Computer Literacy, MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
\n\tDrivers license<\/p>\n

\n\tKnowledge of banking services and what is being offered in the market.
\n\tBusiness acumen and business management skills<\/p>\n
