Desired Experience and Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tSkills Development Facilitator qualification (ETDP SETA aligned).
\n\tNational Diploma or Degree in HR, Training & Development, Education or related field.
\n\tFacilitator certificate (mandatory).
\n\tAssessor and\/or Moderator certification (advantageous).
\n\t2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in skills development, SETA administration, or training coordination.
\n\tExperience with WSP\/ATR submissions and SETA systems.
\n\tExposure to QCTO occupational qualifications will be an advantage.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license with own reliable vehicle.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tConduct skills audits and training needs analysis.
\n\tCompile and submit Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR).
\n\tManage SETA registrations, grants, and compliance requirements.
\n\tCoordinate learnerships, skills programmes, and occupational qualifications.
\n\tSupport learner recruitment, training, and completion processes.
\n\tFacilitate training sessions and learner support where required.
\n\tMaintain accurate training records and reporting.
\n\tEnsure compliance with SETA, QCTO, and B-BBEE requirements.
\n\tLiaise with employers, SETAs, and training stakeholders.<\/p>\n
