THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tYou will provide comprehensive administrative support to management and operational teams, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
\tProviding general administrative support across departments
\n\tManaging incoming calls, emails, and client queries professionally
\n\tMaintaining and updating filing systems (digital and physical)
\n\tScheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating diaries
\n\tPreparing documents, reports, and general correspondence
\n\tAssisting with data capturing and record keeping
\n\tSupporting ad hoc office and operational tasks as required
\n\tEnsuring a professional and welcoming front-office presence
\n\tSupporting overall office coordination and daily workflow<\/p>\n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\nKey requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 (essential)
\n\tPrevious administrative or office support experience (preferred)
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\n\tStrong organisational and multitasking ability
\n\tAbility to work independently and take initiative<\/p>\n
