marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products.<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<p>1MANAGE AND CREATE CONTENT FOR DIGITAL PLATFORMS<\/p>\n<p>\tManage, maintain and modify the sports\u2019 digital platforms according to strategies.<br \/>\n\tImplement the image and positioning of the brand digitally.<br \/>\n\tMaintain the highest data integrity on both the station digital platforms as well as the internal SABC intranet website.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate with internal IT Services in regards to updating station related information on the intranet as well on the station website.<br \/>\n\tIntegrate new technologies onto the station digital platforms.<br \/>\n\tManagement of multiple and diverse projects on digital platforms in line with Station and portfolio\u2019s strategy for new media.<br \/>\n\tMonitor changes in the world of commerce and reassess whether these changes do influence the business objectives of station to ensure coherence of digital content.<\/p>\n<p>IMPLEMENT THE STATION DIGITAL PLATFORMS STRATEGY<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct research, develop and introduce new programmes when applicable to station strategy.<br \/>\n\tInput in formulating the online digital platforms strategy.<br \/>\n\tRespond to queries about the stations\u2019 digital platforms<br \/>\n\tTranslate business goals and objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing campaigns.<br \/>\n\tCreate and monitor social media campaigns to drive traffic to the website and on air.<br \/>\n\tProduce and upload content (articles \/ images \/ podcasts \/ videos) for digital platforms.<br \/>\n\tManage and promote conversation and engagement on all digital platforms.<br \/>\n\tDevelopment and implementing of digital platforms and functionality to meet identified business needs.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain the appropriate environment to support the Marketing and Programming Manager in goals and objectives of overall strategy.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate and procure online media as and when required.<br \/>\n\tPromote and encourage cross-platform content<\/p>\n<p>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n<p>\tWork in conjunction with Programming to achieve programming objectives.<br \/>\n\tMaximum delivery and performance with stakeholders through efficient Service Level Agreement management.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATIONS<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide Marketing with insight into listener\u2019s online website patterns and behaviour.<br \/>\n\tProvide detailed Reporting.<\/p>\n<p>INHERENT\/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree or National Diploma in marketing, Media Studies or related field (NQF 6\/7)<br \/>\n\tProven experience managing sport properties or sport brands across multi-platform digital ecosystems (web, app\/OTT, social, YouTube, podcast).<br \/>\n\tHands-on proficiency with, GTM, social ad platforms (Meta, X, YouTube, TikTok), programmatic, SEO\/ASO, and social listening (e.g., Meltwater\/Brandwatch).<br \/>\n\tExperience with CRM\/automation (e.g., Braze\/HubSpot\/Mailchimp), audience segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and lead-to-conversion funnels.<br \/>\n\tStrong content operations for live sport (match-day workflows, real-time publishing, highlight packaging, rights-safe UGC, thumbnailing, metadata, captions).<br \/>\n\tAbility to build and track performance dashboards (KPI setting, growth\/engagement, CAC\/LTV perspectives, attribution).<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with OTT\/VOD growth tactics (SABC Plus), app store optimisation, and cross-promotion with broadcast (TV\/Radio).<br \/>\n\tWorking knowledge of creative suites
