INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:<\/p>\n
\tEstablish, develop, and maintain Level 1 and 2 Integrated Management System procedures in line with Necsa SHEQ, integrated codes of practice, international standards, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and legislation. –
\n\tMaintain ISO 9001:2015 and certify facilities for ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 45001
\n\tEnsure that processes needed for the Integrated Management System and other Management Systems (new) and activities are developed, established, implemented, maintained, and improved according to applicable Necsa SHEQ system, International Standards and Guidelines, Legislation and Regulatory Requirements.
\n\tProvide adequate information on the performance of the Integrated Management System to enable the RR management team to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the INTEGRATED management system.
\n\tEnsure, inter alia, through its audit function, that the Integrated Management System phases of development, implementation, compliance, and maintenance of documents are maintained
\n\tPlan and collate information for the RO management review of the Integrated Management System
\n\tIdentify any inadequacies in the Integrated Management System where improvements are required<\/p>\n
AUDIT SYSTEM:<\/p>\n
\tDetermine the progress towards achieving the Integrated Management System objectives and ensure that the certification\/accreditation status of the Department are maintained.
\n\tPrepare audit schedule for conducting internal & external audits related to Reactor Operations
\n\tConduct RO technical audits as per schedule and ensure that reports are generated. –
\n\tConduct and lead supplier audits as per schedule
\n\tCompile action plans for third party audits and other audits as and when required
\n\tReport on the audit status to staff and management as and when required. –
\n\tFollow-up on and ensure that findings\/observations are close-out and verification is conducted.\u00a0<\/p>\n
NON-CONFORMANCE SYSTEM:<\/p>\n
\tImplement and maintain a Non-Conformance Reporting and Preventive Action system for Reactor operations
\n\tControl and ensure the effective registration, corrective, preventive and closeout actions of Nuclear Incidents and Events,
\n\tFollow up on NCR processes, including corrective and preventive actions.
\n\tMonitor, non-conformance, customer complaints, and document control database.<\/p>\n
CALIBRATION & RELEASE OF ITEMS:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that calibration system is audited, updated & the database is maintained
\n\tCheck IMTE systems to ensure they are updated and report any deficiencies.
\n\tDevelop & ensure Implementation of COC (Certificate of Conformance) system for Reactor Operations release of procured and manufactured products and items.
\n\tApprove COC after being Quality Checked.
\n\tApprove\/Accept incoming inspection reports as and when required.<\/p>\n
TRAINING:<\/p>\n
\tProvide training and support w.r.t QHSE systems and procedures.
\n\tProvide support on training to all groups concerned in the Reactor Operations regarding QA\/QC activities.
\n\tStay up to date with QA-QC developments by attending discussions, courses, and training sessions<\/p>\n
Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBTech in Quality\/Environmental or equivalent NQF 7 level\u00a0
\n\tManagement \/ supervisory Certificate NQF level 5\u00a0
\n\tLead Auditor & Auditor Training. \u00a0
\n\tTrained in Environmental Legislation and as a Quality Practitioner in nuclear activities<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 10[BB1.1][LL1.2] years\u2019 experience in Quality & Environmental systems, of which 4 years Management Systems in a Regulatory and\/or nuclear facility environment and 5 years trained as a Lead Auditor (Quality & Environmental)<\/p>\n
