As a Sales Consultant with Rola Ford, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMin 3yrs previous vehicle sales experience (Ford advantageous)
\n\tMinimum Grade 12
\n\tComputer literate and skilled in MS Office
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License
\n\tStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills
\n\tHigh level of motivation, initiative and integrity<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNetwork and build relationships within the motor industry
\n\tDrive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
\n\tTarget new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth
\n\tManaging of sales process to ensure CSI
\n\tManage customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times
\n\tAdhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes<\/p>\n
