What you’ll do:<\/p>\n
\tThe Customer Advisory Architecture Advisor (AA) works closely with SAP\u2019s Sales organization and the Partner ecosystem to define the account strategy. AAs are responsible for bridging the gap between the customer\u2019s business strategy and relevant solutions through crafting the to-be business and solution architectures and designing a transformation roadmap at the enterprise level to facilitate the customer\u2019s adoption of Cloud-based architectures. They are trusted advisors for the customer to achieve their desired to-be SAP-based Enterprise Architecture.<\/p>\n

As an Architecture Advisor (AA), you will focus on the following key areas:<\/p>\n
Account Planning & Architecture Management Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport the assessment of current customer solutions from SAP and potential areas of opportunity for faster solution adoption & consumption, as well as footprint expansion.
\n\tEngage with customers to support sales cycles throughout the Customer Value Journey as an integral member of the SAP account team.
\n\tDrive business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment with SAP organizations, the customer, and partners.
\n\tProvide a linkage from the customer to SAP product development leadership.<\/p>\n
Creating an SAP Architecture Vision for the Customer<\/p>\n
\tSupport building customer demand through appropriate thought leadership positioning.
\n\tUnderstand customer\u2019s business process map and business model with industry reference architecture focus\u200b.
\n\tUnderstand customer\u2019s current enterprise landscape and future needs\u200b.
\n\tDrive the positioning of standard cloud architectures (plug & play) leveraging standard cloud solutions. \u200b<\/p>\n
Building Key Customer Architecture Deliverables: Business & Solution Architecture, Target State, Transformation Roadmap<\/p>\n
\tDrive business architecture and capability mapping to solution design\u200b using SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio and WalkMe.
\n\tEnsure IT feasibility of the business capabilities mapping to SAP solution architecture. \u200b
\n\tSupport customer cloud transformation roadmap definition (business and application focus)\u200b.
\n\tDrive customer cloud\/hybrid transformation roadmap definition (standard cloud application and technology focus)\u200b.
\n\tBe an AI ambassador by using tools for efficiency<\/p>\n
Being a Trusted Architecture Advisor for the Customer<\/p>\n
\tAlign living roadmap with current adoption\/solution consumption\u200b.
\n\tSupport living roadmap governance & adaptation based on evolution of customer needs and SAP solutions\u200b.
\n\tDrive solution expansion by highlighting value & linkages to the broader SAP Portfolio\u00a0<\/p>\n
What you bring:<\/p>\n
\tConsiderable experience with software\/IT organizations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor and\/or specific expertise with software solutions through Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Adoption\/Consumption, Consulting or Business Development, demonstrating successful outcomes over multiple years.
\n\tRepresent SAP as the trusted advisor within SAP and\/or the market.
\n\tDeep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS\/ PaaS models and Cloud-based commerce\/ business networks.
\n\tProven professional networks in the market to drive pipeline and revenue growth for SAP.
\n\tProven track record of success in the selected industry area, if required.
\n\tProven leadership and project management experience.
\n\tProven experience of driving tangible outcomes in Enterprise Architecture for customers.
\n\tFluency in English; any other language is an asset.
\n\tFluency in the language of local markets is desirable.
\n\tEducation: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred.
\n\tTOGAF or SAPIEA-10 certifications and Experience in using EAM tools is an added value for candidates<\/p>\n
