\tA dynamic healthcare sales and distribution Company is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Executive with strong customer-facing and territory management experience to drive sales performance, maintain client relationships, and support product promotion within the assigned region.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCall on key customers and achieve set sales targets in the assigned territory
\n\tMaintain strong product knowledge and relevant industry\/medical terminology
\n\tBuild and sustain excellent long-term customer relationships
\n\tMonitor and assess competitor activity within the region
\n\tPlan and execute promotional activities to achieve regional sales targets
\n\tConduct product training and support for customers on company offerings
\n\tManage territory planning, sales pipeline, and reporting requirements<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\tMedical or healthcare sales background advantageous
\n\tValid South African driver\u2019s licence
\n\tStrong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages beneficial
\n\tWillingness to travel and work in varied environments, including informal areas
\n\tProficient computer literacy
\n\tStrong planning, organising, and time management abilities
\n\tGood negotiation, listening, and customer service skills
\n\tSales-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
\n\tProfessional appearance and conduct
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n\tAbility to work independently as well as in a team<\/p>\n
