\tThe Agile Coach is responsible for enabling multiple delivery teams to improve\u00a0flow, predictability, and outcomes. This role focuses on coaching teams to make\u00a0better decisions using data, transparency, and experimentation rather than\u00a0enforcing frameworks or rituals.
\n\tThe Agile Coach acts as a role model, facilitator,\u00a0and trusted advisor, guiding teams toward improved delivery while maintaining\u00a0team ownership and accountability.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n
Experience & Qualifications \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTwo to four years of experience in an Agile Coach, Delivery Coach, or similar role \u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously \u00a0
\n\tCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification \u00a0
\n\tAI-related skills or experience are welcomed and considered a plus \u00a0<\/p>\n

\tStrong capability in flow metrics and Kanban practices \u00a0
\n\tConfident working with numbers and quantitative delivery data \u00a0
\n\tExcellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills \u00a0
\n\tGrowth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities: Flow, Metrics and Data<\/p>\n
\tUse flow metrics to help teams understand and improve their delivery systems \u00a0
\n\tRead, interpret, and explain flow-based charts clearly and confidently \u00a0
\n\tApply Monte Carlo simulations and probabilistic forecasting to support planning \u00a0
\n\tEncourage evidence-based decision-making over deterministic planning Ways of Working \u00a0
\n\tOperate in a framework-agnostic, outcome-focused manner \u00a0
\n\tWork comfortably with both Kanban and Scrum \u00a0
\n\tFacilitate conversations effectively without relying on Agile terminology \u00a0
\n\tEncourage experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement \u00a0
\n\tFacilitation, Influence & Stakeholder Engagement \u00a0
\n\tFacilitate team, cross-team, and large departmental meetings \u00a0
\n\tCreate transparency and build trust with team members and stakeholders \u00a0
\n\tEngage stakeholders while keeping primary influence within the teams being coached \u00a0
\n\tBe direct when required and address issues constructively \u00a0
\n\tSupport healthy conflict and apply conflict resolution techniques when needed\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities: Team Coaching and Enablement<\/p>\n
\tCoach and support multiple delivery teams concurrently (minimum of two\u00a0teams) \u00a0
\n\tGuide teams to make their own delivery decisions rather than prescribing solutions \u00a0
\n\tEmpower teams without coddling while maintaining accountability \u00a0
\n\tConduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team members when needed \u00a0
\n\tAct as a role model for effective collaboration, decision-making, and continuous improvement<\/p>\n
