\tCrocs Menlyn is looking for a sales assistant to join their team.
\n\tWell established leading-edge international brand in the Retail sector is looking to appoint someone in the role of a Sales Assistant.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Customer Service & Sales<\/p>\n
\tAcknowledge every customer within 30 seconds
\n\tDeliver excellent customer service to every customer following the Crocs customer service procedures
\n\tEstablish your customer\u2019s needs and use your technical knowledge to demonstrate benefits to meet those needs
\n\tClose the sale & secure add on sales
\n\tInvite your customer to back & turn them into Crocs fans
\n\tMonitor your daily sales against your individual budget every few hours<\/p>\n
Inventory<\/p>\n
\tReplenish footwear, apparel, and accessories from the storeroom daily
\n\tMinimising shrinkage by zoning the store, acknowledge customers, and following the Crocs changing room policy
\n\tEnsure stock entries in the POS systems are accurate
\n\tProcess deliveries by checking quantities t invoice, tagging, hanging and pricing product, and recording in the POS System
\n\tProcess customer orders<\/p>\n
Daily Operations<\/p>\n
\tEnsure store housekeeping is maintained daily including dusting, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, emptying bins, clearing the counter area and tidying change rooms
\n\tAssist the manager with open and closing the store<\/p>\n
Training<\/p>\n
\tYour training is your responsibility
\n\tEnsure you are allocated a buddy initially & that you learn from them
\n\tYou must attend quarterly training sessions & complete the assessments
\n\tEnsure you receive monthly feedback from your manager
\n\tSet up a monthly meeting with your store manager to discuss your progress through the Crocs rookie pack
\n\tThese are essential as they will determine your eligibility for promotions<\/p>\n
Merchandising<\/p>\n
\tObserve the store & maintain stock presentation in accordance with the Crocs standards
\n\tEnsure sizes are replenished
\n\tAssist the team to change the windows\/ Mannequin\u2019s fortnightly
\n\tEnsure POS materials are stored in the area to avoid damage<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or Equivalent
\n\t1 year of customers services experience minimum
\n\tCrocs product knowledge advantageous
