Skills, Experience & Education<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Systems or related Field\u00a0
\n\tStrong technical skills in \u2013 Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security and Printers
\n\tExcellent Written & Oral communication skills in English
\n\tExcellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
\n\tMulti-tasker, Can-Do Attitude, Flexible, Attention to detail, Problem Solver, Customer Focused, Team Player with an ability to work autonomously
\n\tExperience in working within a Managed Services and 3rd\u00a0party Cloud Solution environment highly regarded
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence<\/p>\n
