Job Description:<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering stock control support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAll vehicles are to be checked for any damages \/ scratches\/ dents
\n\tEnsure vin no’s agree to delivery note
\n\tEnsure spare keys, spare tyre, lighters, tools are in vehicle\u00a0
\n\tRecord all damages, tools\/spare tyre, lighter not received on delivery note.
\n\tAll keys to be locked away in key safe.
\n\tSpare keys to be split on receipt of vehicle\u00a0
\n\tProper reconciliation to be carried out\u00a0
\n\tReconciliation may be signed by MA and departmental manager<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric qualification
\n\t3+ years’ experience as a stock controller in the automotive retail industry\u00a0
\n\tAutoline\/ Drive system experience preferable<\/p>\n
Skills and attributes:<\/p>\n
\tMust have advanced excel skills
\n\tExcellent product knowledge\u00a0
\n\tOrganisational Distribution Management\u00a0
\n\tWell-developed people management skills<\/p>\n
