\tOur automotive service department is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring customers receive high-quality service and repairs on their vehicles.
\n\tThis individual will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate estimates for repairs. The Service Advisor will also communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and keep customers informed throughout the process.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tGreet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicle
\n\tConduct thorough inspections of vehicles to accurately diagnose issues and recommend repairs
\n\tProvide clear and detailed estimates for repairs and services
\n\tSchedule appointments and ensure efficient workflow in the service department
\n\tCommunicate with technicians to coordinate repairs and ensure timely completion
\n\tKeep customers informed of the status of their vehicle and any changes to the estimate
\n\tFollow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in a service advisor role in an automotive service department
\n\tStrong communication and customer service skills
\n\tKnowledge of automotive systems and repairs
\n\tAbility to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
\n\tProficient in using computerized systems for scheduling and invoicing
\n\tDetail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
\n\tValid driver’s license<\/p>\n
