What you’ll do<\/p>\n
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.<\/p>\n
\tDelegate tasks to kitchen staff
\n\tEnsure appealing plate presentation
\n\tMonitor food stock and place orders
\n\tExperiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
\n\tEnsure that all sushi is prepared and ready for compiling.
\n\tBeing able to follow the recipes using all the correct quantities of ingredients as well as creating new recipe templates for all new products before the products are made.
\n\tWhen an ingredient is close to out of stock and order from the correct supplier.
\n\tTake accurate stock take on a weekly basis
\n\tAssist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, including cutting, slicing, and rolling.
\n\tLearn and practice sushi-making techniques, such as nigiri, sashimi, maki, and more.
\n\tCollaborate with fellow sushi chefs to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
\n\tMaintain a clean and organised sushi station, following food safety and hygiene standards.
\n\tAssist with inventory management and restocking of sushi supplies.
\n\tParticipate in maintaining the quality and consistency of sushi dishes.<\/p>\n
