Description<\/p>\n
\tMaintain maximum sales volume at correct discount budgeted margin.
\n\tIdentify new customers in the allocated area and ensure the proper opening of customer data file.
\n\tCall on existing customers in allocated area on a regular basis as per the requirement of (STM).
\n\tManage customer accounts & provide business management data to customers in order to improve spend.
\n\tKeep continuous record of customer contact details and schedule of contacts.
\n\tEnsure distribution of MAN related parts through all sectors of the trade and customer base.
\n\tAssist with all stock counts, stand by duties and stand in for the Parts Counter Salesman.
\n\tEnsure all customer queries are resolved and where necessary reported to the Parts Manager.
\n\tActively promote all parts promotions and sales campaigns.
\n\tPromote and sell MAN parts, products to customers and identify areas to improve customer spend.
\n\tMaintain and update the STM system as and when required.<\/p>\n

\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.<\/p>\n

\tWork independently though being a team player.
\n\tGood communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
\n\tWork well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
\n\tPro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
\n\tCustomer focused with a results driven approach.
\n\tExcellent administrative and organizational skills.
\n\tMust be willing to work on standby.
\n\tComputer Literate.
\n\tTarget Driven.
\n\tCode EB driver’s licence.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience within commercial part sales with the ability to meet sales and margin targets – 3 years (Essential).<\/p>\n
