Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo manage and control customer reconciliations, while supporting the secure, accurate, and timely processing of withdrawals. The role ensures compliance with financial controls, mitigates risk (including fraud), and maintains strong cash flow through effective collections and account reconciliation.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Withdrawals Processing (Priority)<\/p>\n
\tReview customer withdrawal requests and daily withdrawal reports in accordance with internal policies
\n\tVerify account balances, transaction history, and withdrawal eligibility
\n\tWhen applicable – Liaise with payment providers, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing and resolve discrepancies.
\n\tInvestigate and review failed, returned, delayed, or disputed withdrawals.
\n\tMaintain accurate audit trails for all withdrawal transactions, exception reporting and admin transactions.<\/p>\n
Collections<\/p>\n
\tMonitor & Review customer accounts & reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely payment of outstanding balances
\n\tProactively follow up on overdue accounts
\n\tAllocate incoming payments accurately and resolve discrepancies
\n\tEnsure & Maintain up-to-date records of all collection activities<\/p>\n
Reconciliation & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all processor reconciliations are accurate and complete
\n\tIdentify and escalate discrepancies or suspicious transactions
\n\tReview daily\/weeklymonthly reports on collections, outstanding balances, and withdrawals<\/p>\n
Risk & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure adherence to internal controls and company policies
\n\tIdentify potential fraud or irregular activity and escalate promptly
\n\tSupport audits by providing required documentation and explanations
\n\tMaintain confidentiality and data protection standards<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Communication<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with customer support, finance, and compliance teams
\n\tBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or payments processing
\n\tExperience in high-volume transaction environments (e.g. gaming) preferred
\n\tExposure to withdrawals\/payment processing is highly advantageous<\/p>\n
