SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:<\/p>\n
\tCheck payroll reports returned from service provider for accuracy before submitting to Management Accountant.
\n\tLiaise with third party beneficiaries such as medical aids, pension schemes and unions.
\n\tUpload new employees on SAP, ensuring all information is correct and applicable.
\n\tAccurate and timeous record keeping.
\n\tAssist employees with queries on payslips.
\n\tManage RMA activities including compiling submissions and ensuring payments are made.
\n\tCo-ordinate TTDs (Total Temporary Disability) by working with HR to submit payslips and time and attendance to third parties.
\n\tCommunicate to relevant stakeholders in different departments or institutions about payments made.
\n\tRegularly checking compliance of documentation.
\n\tManage cash related activities, including reconciliation of petty cash each month-end.
\n\tRegular processing of adhoc payments and HR related activities.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Matric qualification with SAP and ESS system experience.
\n\tMust have 5-8 years\u2019 experience in financial accounting working in manufacturing environment.
\n\tAt least 8 years\u2019 experience including Executive Payroll.<\/p>\n
