\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, streamline, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires into the company.
\n\tResponsibilities include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork, scheduling induction and helping new team members adjust well to our work environment.
\n\tThe position will partner with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into our company culture.<\/p>\n
You\u00a0Bring:<\/p>\n
\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tDiploma\/Degree qualification\/ studying towards
\n\tLabour Legislation (EE Act, BCEA, Labour Relations)
\n\t2-3 Years in an HRC role or equivalent experience<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tManage the onboarding process for all new take on\u2019s.
\n\tCommunicating all relevant company and position information to new hires, including work schedules, dress code and parking options etc.
\n\tWelcoming new team members.
\n\tGiving new team members office and branch tours.
\n\tIntroducing new team members to the Company.
\n\tEnsure onboarding kits are prepared (e.g. stationary, T-shirts and mugs).
\n\tCoordinate and implement company induction programs.
\n\tTrack and report on all planned and completed induction.
\n\tCoordinate induction events.
\n\tGuide Managers throughout the onboarding and induction process.
\n\tAssist with queries regarding employment, induction and probation.
\n\tProvide suggestions and create appropriate handbooks and training.
\n\tProviding new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
\n\tEnsuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.
\n\tGathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including take on checklists, induction checklist and training registers.
\n\tEnsure all new hires attend job specific induction.\u00a0
\n\tTrack and report on all onboarding feedback.<\/p>\n
