\nResponsibilities: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProvide feedback to management regarding stock issues and movements\u00a0
\n\tDrive the ultimate customer experience\u00a0
\n\tEnsure sales targets are met\u00a0
\n\tManaging the receiving and dispatching of stock\u00a0
\n\tProcessing stock within specified time frames\u00a0
\n\tFacilitating efficient rotation of stock, from the stockroom to the sales floor\u00a0
\n\tEnsuring the neatness and Housekeeping standards are world class\u00a0
\n\tManage Shrinkage in line with company standards\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 qualification or equivalent\u00a0
\n\tRetail experience (essential)\u00a0
\n\t2 years Stockroom experience (Advantageous)\u00a0
\n\tHospitability background (Advantageous)\u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA customer-centric attitude and approach\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)\u00a0
\n\tAbility to give direction to stockroom team\u00a0
\n\tMust be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and will\u00a0 require weekends and evening shifts\u00a0<\/p>\n
