\tA well-established health care company based in Ballito is seeking a motivated junior Bookkeeper to join its finance team. Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCapture and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems
\n\tProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
\n\tReconcile bank statements and company accounts
\n\tAssist with invoicing, billing, and collections
\n\tMaintain and organize financial documents and records
\n\tSupport monthly and year-end closing processes
\n\tPrepare basic financial reports and summaries
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
\n\tAssist senior staff with audits and financial reviews<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\n\t3 \u2013 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tBasic understanding of accounting principles
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books advantageous)
\n\tStrong numerical and analytical skills
\n\tHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tGood organizational and time management skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tStrong communication skills
\n\tProblem-solving mindset
\n\tIntegrity and ability to handle confidential information<\/p>\n
