\tThe position is a combination of an administration support, data capture, query resolution processes, client liaison and general office support.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tGenerate and follow up iComply documentation and update CRM<\/p>\n
Capturing of:<\/p>\n
\tMonthly billing statements
\n\tSuspensions and reinstatements (including SMS communication to members)
\n\tGap claim requirements were not submitted by PSG
\n\tMonthly billing statements
\n\tSuspensions and reinstatements (including SMS communication to members)
\n\tGap claim requirements were not submitted by PSG
\n\tWeekly checking of the Discovery website on addition of dependant requirements\u00a0
\n\tAssist Support Centre Consultants where and when required
\n\tBackup for Support and Admin Centre staff
\n\tResolve complex medical aid claims
\n\tFollow up and investigate returned postal and other communication and update data base accordingly
\n\tAttend to specific client servicing needs
\n\tAssist with special Client and Practice related projects, where required
\n\tAssist with Wellness Days where required
\n\tPerform any other additional duties or responsibilities, which reasonably fall within the ambit of the job description, or in accordance with operational requirements of the business<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum entry level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 \/ NQF4 qualification
\n\tMinimum of 2 years work experience in the healthcare or financial services industry
\n\tProficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
\n\tComputer literate (MS Office)
\n\tAble to handle admin pressure<\/p>\n
