\tThe Barman is responsible for accurately mixing and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic and coffee products to guests and service staff in a friendly, fast and efficient manner. The position is primarily concerned with two main functional activities: \u00a0front of house and stock.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\t1 \u2013 2 Year Barman experience
\n\tGood all round bar skills including being able to make cocktails and specialised drinks
\n\tHands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
\n\tWell versed in an HMS system (Protel advantageous)
\n\tAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently
\n\tEffective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
\n\tHonest and trustworthy beyond approach
\n\tGreat attention to detail
\n\tPresentable and well spoken
\n\tTeam Player who leads by example
\n\tProactive in approach
\n\tInterpersonal skills<\/p>\n
