\tSantam\u00a0PLCC\u00a0has position available for a\u00a0Client Service Consultant\u00a0who will be based in\u00a0Hill on Empire, Parktown\u00a0to offer world class products and services to clients, whilst achieving targets in an inbound and outbound call centre environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring Quality of work is 95% as required by business standard.
\n\tSales target set out by business to be achieved in line with the growth strategy.
\n\tConsistent achievement of agreed productivity.
\n\tEnsuring Customer satisfaction, a positive client experience in line with organisational targets.
\n\tEnsuring accurate completion of broker requests through first call resolution which requires outbound calling to ensure queries are resolved timeously, as per service level agreement.
\n\tEnsuring client service level agreements are met and exceeded.
\n\tExcellent time management.
\n\tEnsuring good relationships are maintained with our internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate or equivalent qualification.
\n\tFAIS compliant (NQF level 4).
\n\tExperience in short term insurance.
\n\tClear criminal and credit record.
\n\tCompliance with FAIS Fit & Proper criteria i.e. minimum experience and competency requirements, which can be obtained while working under supervision.
\n\tComputer literate.
\n\tWilling to work shifts.
\n\tClean track record in terms of adherence to Quality standard and Compliance.
\n\tConsistent target achievement.<\/p>\n
