\tThe Client Services Consultant Operations will be responsible for the capturing of investment related instructions received from various stake holders accurately and timeously and thus contributing to the high standard of quality and service delivery by Glacier, as well as providing excellent client services to all stakeholders at all times. This role is based the Rosebank office.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Outcomes\u00a0<\/p>\n
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Client Services Consultant Operations:<\/p>\n
Verifying of Instructions received from various stakeholders\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring all instructions received comply with the business rules and legal regulations \u00a0
\n\tLiaising with all relevant role players e.g. intermediaries \/ clients \/ broker consultants, etc. to obtain any outstanding information \/ documentation or to clarify instructions received
\n\tInform the relevant role players via telephonic contact or email in order to keep them updated on the progress of instructions received\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that Workflow system is updated at all times with progress<\/p>\n
Capturing of Instructions\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCapture all valid instructions received timeously and accurately on our processing system \u00a0<\/p>\n
Reporting\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that you report suspicious activities timeously to the relevant Departments\u00a0
\n\tReporting of service failures to the relevant Support Manager\u00a0<\/p>\n
Technical Care\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTraining will be a combination of classroom and self-study and you must attend all sessions and complete the relevant assignments within the agreed timeframe
\n\tPass all your In-House Product and Process Assessments \u00a0
\n\tEnsure that you have a technical understanding of all Glacier\u2019s offerings and the ability to apply that understanding to daily outputs
\n\tLiaise with Compliance \/ Legal on cases where FICA and Business requirements are complex and report back to the Team and document the scenario and outcome \u00a0<\/p>\n
Protecting the Glacier Brand and building relationships\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPlay a key role in fostering positive client relationships and the retention of clients
\n\tBuild and establish relationships with internal departments to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency
\n\tActive participation in the business\u2019s continuous improvement by identifying and proposing solutions to process and service-related failures\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Adhoc tasks\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tClient service project involvement as required \u00a0
\n\tResolving queries received from various stake holders timeously\u00a0
\n\tAssist any processing department where assistance is required \u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRelevant tertiary qualification
\n\tAbility to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in both Afrikaans and English
\n\t1 to 2 years\u2019 Linked Investment Service Provider experience essential\u00a0<\/p>\n
