Working closely with the Business Development Executive, you will represent the Beekman Group brand portfolio \u2013 building and nurturing business-to-business relationships with sales agencies & agents, corporate affiliates and resorts.
\n\tYou will be engaging with clients at resort properties and corporate offices, while playing an integral part in growing the business through meaningful, long-term partnerships. We are looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with genuine care for the people they work with, and who takes pride in contributing to shared success.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate
\n\tComputer skills, inclusive MS Office (including particularly Excel and Powerpoint)
\n\tA valid driver\u2019s licence and willingness to travel
\n\tProven experience in a customer-facing or business development role, with a track record of delivering results in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment
\n\tExceptional relationship-building skills \u2013 you connect with people naturally, earn trust quickly, and maintain strong partnerships across all levels
\n\tStrong sales and communication skills, with the ability to present confidently, negotiate effectively, and engage meaningfully with a diverse range of stakeholders
\n\tSharp, on-the-mark thinking \u2013 you read situations quickly, adapt your approach with ease, and know how to find the right solution at the right time
