\tNQF Level 7 Degree or higher qualification in Financial Accounting\/Management\/ Commerce Completed SAICA Trainee Accountant Programme. A minimum 3 years\u2019 junior management experience in Financial Management environment. Valid Driver\u2019s license. People with disabilities without valid driver\u2019s licenses will be assisted by the department to meet work related travel obligations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
DUTIES\u00a0:<\/p>\n
\tReview and update the rotational and generic plans, policies, systems, and processes aligned to South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) requirements.
\n\tMonitor and evaluate the assessment process, inclusive of feedback engagements to assessments role-players and attend to non-compliance issues. Maintain quality assurance of the SAICA Trainee Accountant Programme in order to ensure accreditation standards are met at all times.
\n\tMonitor the implementation of frameworks and policies for the SAICA trainee accountant programme. Provide training relating to financial management in the Public Sector. Manage the resources of the sub- directorate. Manage the resources of the sub- directorate.<\/p>\n
