\tWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process improvement, with a solid understanding of automation technologies. You will be responsible for leading and executing RPA initiatives, gathering and analysing business requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Main Duties and Responsibilities
\nBusiness Analysis:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEngage with key stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for process improvement initiatives.
\n\tIdentify and analyse business processes, identify pain points, and propose automation solutions.
\n\tConduct detailed data analysis, create user stories, use cases, and process flows.
\n\tSupport cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into technical specifications.<\/p>\n
RPA Strategy and Implementation:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLead RPA initiatives, from identifying automation opportunities to solution design, development, and implementation.
\n\tDesign RPA workflows that align with business objectives.
\n\tCoordinate the implementation of RPA solutions to ensure they are effective, scalable, and efficient.
\n\tDevelop and maintain RPA process documentation, including process maps, configuration documents, PDD\u2019s, SDD\u2019s and test scripts.
\n\tManage the post-deployment process to ensure automation is working effectively and continuously improve the solutions.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
\n\tProvide expert advice and support on process and RPA-related issues.
\n\tDeliver training and support to end-users regarding tools and processes.<\/p>\n
Continuous Improvement:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tContinuously analyse business processes to identify further automation opportunities and areas for optimization.
\n\tStay current with RPA trends, technologies, and best practices to implement cutting-edge solutions.
\n\tMonitor the performance of automated processes, identifying any issues and working to resolve them.<\/p>\n
Reporting and Metrics:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and track KPIs and performance metrics related to RPA automation.
\n\tPrepare and present regular reports to senior management on the progress, results, and impact of RPA initiatives<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nQualifications\/Recognition of Prior Learning equivalent<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Degree in Commerce<\/p>\n
Work Experience<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on process improvement and automation.
\n\tExperience working with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms).
\n\tExperience in analysing complex business processes and recommending automation strategies.
\n\tProven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects from end to end
\n\tRobotic Process Automation<\/p>\n
Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n\tExcellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on efficiency and process improvement.
\n\tStrong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n

\tStrong knowledge of business process modelling, process mapping, and workflow design.
\n\tFamiliarity with RPA development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

\n\tAbility to write technical documentation, process flows, and user stories<\/p>\n
