\tTo lead and manage the armed response team, ensuring rapid response times, excellent client service, operational efficiency, and full compliance. The role supports business growth and customer retention while maintaining cost control.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tSenior Certificate or equivalent
\n\tPost matric qualification in General Management advantageous
\n\t3 years\u2019 minimum experience, at Mid-Management level.
\n\tGrade B PSIRA Certificate (Including Reaction)
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license (minimum 2 years.
\n\tFirearm competency (Handgun business purposes)
\n\tGrade B Security Certificate \u2013 (existing or to be obtained on appointment)<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage response times and service levels using real-time planning tools.
\n\tConduct equipment and vehicle inspections; ensure readiness.
\n\tResolve client complaints quickly and conduct welcome calls for new clients.
\n\tLead, train, and develop reaction officers with a focus on proactive operations.
\n\tHandle payroll, firearm compliance, and PSIRA requirements.
\n\tManage vehicle usage, maintenance, and incident reporting.
\n\tBuild relationships with SAPS and participate in joint crime operations.
\n\tReport key incidents to branch and marketing for client communication.<\/p>\n
