\tLead a team of modelers within a discipline.\u00a0
\n\tExecute the 3D digital build with the required authoring software to accurately capture the design and all design related data.\u00a0
\n\tPay careful consideration to the context, relevant interfaces, and buildability of the model elements during the digital build.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that all required metadata not automatically generated is manually added to the digital build elements, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a real commitment to data accuracy.\u00a0
\n\tAchieve completion of various aspects of the digital build as set out in the TIDP\/Drawing register to maintain the agreed cadence of model federation and information sharing.\u00a0
\n\tAchieve ongoing project adherence to the BEP\/EIRs and communicate opportunities for efficiency enhancement to the BIM coordinator.\u00a0
\n\tPay close attention to quality of outputs.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tThe core focus will be drainage for projects in Middle East.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)\u00a0or equivalent and an industry recognised Modelling or Draughting qualification.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 5 experience as a Mechanical Digital Modeller in REVIT.\u00a0
\n\tBe familiar with delivering projects in the global commercial built environment.\u00a0 As such, you will proactively bring solutions that pushes our accuracy, quality and data richness beyond current industry norms.\u00a0
\n\tHave the ability to use initiative to resolve tasks or problems.\u00a0
\n\tFamiliarity with BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud advantageous.\u00a0<\/p>\n
