\n\tMeeting personal and team performance targets
\n\tGrowing your skills \u2013 with potential for further training on more complex queries<\/p>\n
What we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n
\t1 year customer service experience – USA campaign experience is imperative
\n\tExperience in a Financial Service Environment (Health Care advantageous)
\n\tAble to understand the metric systems.
\n\tExcellent communication and active listening skills.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tResilience, adaptability, and a team-player attitude.
\n\tBasic knowledge of CRM systems \u2013 or a willingness to learn!<\/p>\n
