\tWe are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a delivery-focused change capability team. This is a contract role focused on immediate delivery needs within a complex, regulated environment, requiring in-office attendance once a week.
\n\tYou will work at the intersection of business change, delivery, and stakeholder enablement, supporting a broad portfolio of initiatives across business banking.
\n\tThis role is suited to a grounded, hands-on change professional who is confident operating in fast-moving environments, partnering closely with project teams and business stakeholders to drive adoption and sustained outcomes.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities and output areas include the following:<\/p>\n
Change Management & Delivery Support<\/p>\n
\tDeliver end-to-end organisational change management across initiatives within the financial services \/ business banking domain.
\n\tSupport projects spanning technology enablement, automation, digitisation, cost optimisation, revenue drivers, and new product or feature launches.
\n\tEmbed change activities alongside project management and commercialisation efforts to ensure readiness and adoption.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement<\/p>\n
\tEngage internal and external stakeholders across Business Banking, including SME and commercial banking environments.
\n\tIntroduce and govern OCM frameworks, ensuring clear communication, training, and enablement approaches.
\n\tSimplify complex project information into clear, accessible messaging to support understanding and buy-in.<\/p>\n
Change Methodologies in Practice<\/p>\n
\tApply structured change approaches such as Prosci \/ ADKAR, 3P, lean change management, or similar frameworks.
\n\tAdapt methodologies pragmatically to suit delivery realities rather than rigid theory.
\n\tConduct change impact and stakeholder \u201ctemperature checks\u201d to identify resistance and proactively adjust engagement strategies.<\/p>\n
Consulting Mindset in Action<\/p>\n
\tBuild strong working relationships quickly within delivery teams and client environments.
\n\tNavigate ambiguity with confidence, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to change efforts.
\n\tCollaborate closely with project, technology, and business teams to ensure aligned delivery outcomes.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
\tSenior-level experience as a change manager within complex organisations.
\n\tProven exposure to the financial services sector, ideally within business banking or closely related domains.
\n\tHands-on experience delivering organisational change across multiple initiatives or workstreams.
\n\tStrong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work with resistant or diverse stakeholder groups.<\/p>\n
Technical & Domain Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tPractical experience with recognised change management frameworks (Prosci \/ ADKAR, 3P, lean change, or similar).
\n\tStrong understanding of change enablement, training, communications, and stakeholder management practices.
\n\tExposure to large, matrixed organisations with complex delivery governance models.<\/p>\n

Nice to Have<\/p>\n
\tProsci accreditation.
\n\tExperience working in contract or consulting roles.
\n\tPrior experience within financial services or business banking environments.<\/p>\n
