The Technical Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, aligning Nexio\u2019s capabilities to the customer\u2019s technology strategy, operational objectives, and transformation roadmap.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive revenue and gross profit growth throughsolution\u2011led IT sales into enterprise and large mid\u2011market customers.<br \/>\n\tEngage primarily withCIOs, IT Executives, Architects, and Senior IT Managers, articulating business and technical value at both strategic and operational levels.<br \/>\n\tDevelop a deep understanding of customerIT environments, architectures, roadmaps, and pain points.<br \/>\n\tPosition Nexio\u2019s IT solutions as strategic enablers supporting digital transformation, resilience, security, performance, and cost optimisation.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships across customer IT organisations, from executive leadership to technical teams.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and qualify new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts through structured account planning and proactive prospecting.<br \/>\n\tWork closely withpre\u2011sales, solution architects, product teams, and service delivery teams to design and present tailored IT solutions.<br \/>\n\tLead the solution sales cycle end\u2011to\u2011end, including discovery, solution definition, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.<br \/>\n\tAct as thecustomer\u2019s primary commercial interface throughout the sales process, ensuring continuity between sales and delivery.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate and up\u2011to\u2011date reporting of opportunities, customer interactions, and forecasts within the Nexio CRM system.<br \/>\n\tStay current onIT industry trends, emerging technologies, vendor offerings, and competitor positioning to provide informed guidance to customers.<\/p>\n<p>ROLE REQUIREMENT<\/p>\n<p>\tAlign sales activities with Nexio\u2019s strategic objectives and priority IT solution areas as defined by executive leadership.<br \/>\n\tMaintain a strong understanding of enterprise IT domains including infrastructure, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, data platforms, and managed services.<br \/>\n\tContribute directly to Nexio\u2019s revenue and gross profit targets through high\u2011quality pipeline development and deal execution<br \/>\n\tTake ownership of complex IT sales engagements, coordinating cross\u2011functional teams to deliver cohesive, customer\u2011centric solutions.<br \/>\n\tAchieve assigned revenue and gross profit targets.<br \/>\n\tBuild and sustain a high\u2011quality IT solutions pipeline.<br \/>\n\tAccurately forecast sales performance and progress opportunities through to purchase order.<br \/>\n\tTranslate customer IT requirements into aligned Nexio solution propositions.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistent and disciplined CRM usage, including daily updates of customer activity and opportunity status.<\/p>\n<p>TECHNICAL \/ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<p>\tDeep understanding of the enterprise IT landscape and how IT supports business outcomes.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to sell solution\u2011based IT offerings rather than transactional products.<br \/>\n\tStrong communication and presentation skills for executive\u2011level engagements.<br \/>\n\tNegotiation skills to structure commercially sound agreements.<br \/>\n\tAnalytical ability to assess customer environments, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric (required).<br \/>\n\tDegree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.<br \/>\n\tPostgraduate qualification advantageous.<br \/>\n\t8+ years\u2019 experience in solution\u2011led IT sales, ideally within enterprise environments.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated experience selling toCIOs, IT Directors, or senior IT leadership.<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management.<br \/>\n\tAdvanced experience using CRM systems and MS Office.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\n\tExceptional verbal and written communication abilities.<br \/>\n\tStrategic thinking with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes.<br \/>\n\tAbility to operate effectively in fast\u2011paced, high\u2011pressure environments.<br \/>\n\tProfessional maturity to engage confidently with executive\u2011level customers.<br \/>\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Nexio","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"At Nexio, we enable our clients to modernise their environments and adopt new technologies.
