\n\tIdentify and minimize potential risks, vulnerabilities, and control gaps.
\n\tManage user access, security, and permissions within the Kronos system.
\n\tSupport the Kronos team, assigning tasks and projects to meet objectives and deadlines.
\n\tMonitor the Kronos system’s performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply regular updates to ensure system stability and functionality.\u00a0
\n\tConduct regular audits to verify data integrity and accuracy generated by the Kronos system.\u00a0
\n\tRegularly review and update policies, procedures, and system settings to align with changes in labour regulations.
\n\tCollaborate with the Kronos vendor or IT Department for technical issue resolution \/ system maintenance.
\n\tLead or participate in projects aimed at streamlining processes, automating tasks, or implementing new technologies\/procedures.
\n\tEnsure all users are educated and trained effectively on the Kronos system.
\n\tCommunicate updates, changes, and system enhancements to team members and relevant stakeholders.
\n\tDevelop and distribute reports according to business requirements,\u00a0providing valuable insights for decision-making.
\n\tBuild strong working relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business requirements.
\n\tStay updated on the latest Kronos features and functionalities to leverage them effectively for process\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tPreferably have a relevant Qualification in Information Technology or Human Resources Management
\n\tProven experience in implementing and managing the Kronos Workforce Management system
\n\tStrong knowledge of workforce management principles, timekeeping processes, and labour legislation
\n\tProficiency in system configuration, including employee scheduling, pay rules, accruals, and reporting
\n\tStrong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
\n\tKnowledge and background of Sage 300 People system will be advantageous
\n\tComputer proficiency with advanced excel skills
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and a proactive approach to system maintenance
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
\n\tAbility to work well within a team
\n\tAbility to work with minimal supervision
\n\tAbility to travel between facilities and have own vehicle
\n\tAbility to adapt to changing business needs and quickly learn new technologies<\/p>\n
