\nKey Responsibilities\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tExceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure individual targets are met consistently.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.\u00a0
\n\tEstablish a professional relationship with customers and provide friendly, helpful, courteous assistance and advice to all customers.\u00a0
\n\tReport customer compliments and complaints to management.\u00a0
\n\tTransact all purchases \u2013 receive, verify and processes all payments such as cash, cards, vouchers, coupons and any other acceptable payments.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all out going stock\/ items\/ scripts are scanned and paid for.\u00a0
\n\tProcess all loyalty cards including those of accelerated partners.\u00a0
\n\tAdhere to stock loss controls in store.\u00a0
\n\tAttend to all customer stock queries and ensure that they dealt with and resolved.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain housekeeping\u00a0
\n\tOffice Visual Merchandising communication to optimize sales.\u00a0
\n\tImplement window campaigns align with the company’s brand standards and marketing objectives.\u00a0
\n\tImplement seasonal and promotional displays timeously.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all visual merchandising elements, including window displays, in-store displays, and signage, are current, clean, and well-maintained.\u00a0
\n\tExecute Visual Merchandising instructions from the Head Office team to ensure that the brand strategy is maintained.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirement\u00a0<\/p>\n
Essential:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric or Equivalent.\u00a0
\n\t12 months retail experience.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
Advantageous:\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t1-year visual merchandising in-store experience.\u00a0
\n\tMicrosoft Computer Proficiency.\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of current fashion trends\/outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applying for).\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tWilling and able to work retail hours.\u00a0
