About the role:<\/p>\n
\tThe handyman is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure that buildings, facilities, and equipment remain in good working condition. The role requires practical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
What you will bring:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in building maintenance or handyman services. Proven ability to handle a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep
\n\tGrade 12 and or any basic handymen certificates<\/p>\n
Skills required:<\/p>\n
\tBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
\n\tStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
\n\tAbility to use hand and power tools safely
\n\tGood time management and ability to work independently
\n\tPhysical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
\n\tAttention to detail and commitment to quality work
\n\tKnowledge required: Painting products and techniques. Plumbing. Carpentry, Tiling, Waterproofing, General safety standards
