Role Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Technical Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle of the Actimize Application Suite, including development, customization, unit testing, system testing, and production support across Windows-based environments (Cloud and On-Premises). This role will provide technical leadership while ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and compliant AML (Anti-Money Laundering) solutions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Technical Leadership<\/p>\n
\tLead the design, development, and customization of the Actimize platform.
\n\tProvide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
\n\tEnsure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
\n\tAct as the primary technical escalation point for Actimize-related issues.<\/p>\n
Actimize Platform Development<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and enhance components within the Actimize Application Suite, including:
\n\tAIS Server and ActOne Application
\n\tAML SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring)
\n\tAML CDD (Customer Due Diligence)
\n\tAML WLX (Watch List Filtering)
\n\tCustomize Actimize modules using its proprietary development framework and scripting language.
\n\tDesign and implement business rules, workflows, and alerts within AML systems.<\/p>\n
System Architecture & Integration<\/p>\n
\tWork on a custom in-house platform underpinning Actimize solutions.
\n\tDesign and maintain integrations with external systems, APIs, and data sources.
\n\tEnsure efficient data processing and performance optimization within database environments.<\/p>\n
Cloud & Infrastructure<\/p>\n
\tSupport deployments across Windows-based environments, both on-premise and cloud.
\n\tCollaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams on CI\/CD pipelines and environment management.
\n\tEnsure system stability, scalability, and security.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
\n\tProvide technical input into AML strategies and regulatory compliance initiatives.
\n\tSupport audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting requirements.<\/p>\n
Support & Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tTroubleshoot and resolve production issues.
\n\tPerform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
\n\tEnsure system uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n
\tStrong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize (AIS, ActOne, SAM, CDD, WLX).
\n\tProven experience in AML systems and financial crime compliance solutions.
\n\tExperience working with Actimize proprietary development tools and scripting.
\n\tSolid understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar).
\n\tExperience in Windows Server environments.
\n\tExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is advantageous.
\n\tStrong experience in system integration, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
\n\tAbility to lead technical teams and deliver complex solutions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
\n\tRelevant certifications in Actimize, AML, or cloud technologies (advantageous).<\/p>\n
