This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can translate employee insights, culture data, and behavioural science into practical, enterprise-wide interventions that enable measurable culture shift and sustainable high performance.

What You’ll Do:<\/p>\n
Employee Insights (Voice of the Employee)<\/p>\n
\tBring together data from surveys, engagement tools, and feedback
\n\tHelp design a single, easy-to-use dashboard for leaders
\n\tTurn data into clear actions and priorities<\/p>\n
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)<\/p>\n
\tTurn DEI strategy into simple, practical behaviours
\n\tCreate clear communication and change plans
\n\tSupport rollout of a gender action plan<\/p>\n
Culture Enablement<\/p>\n
\tTranslate OHI (Organizational Health Index) results into actions
\n\tSupport key culture shifts:
\n\tHigh performance
\n\tCollaboration
\n\tEntrepreneurial thinking
\n\tAlign existing initiatives to work better together<\/p>\n
OE Forum Model<\/p>\n
\tImprove how Group and Cluster OE teams work together

Behavioural Insights<\/p>\n
\tUse behavioural science to understand why people act the way they do

Proven experience in:<\/p>\n
\tCulture transformation programmes
\n\tEmployee experience \/ engagement (VoE)
\n\tChange management and communication
\n\tDEI initiatives<\/p>\n
Highly advantageous<\/p>\n
\tExperience in banking or large corporates
\n\tExposure to tools like:
\n\tOrganizational Health Index (OHI)
\n\tPeople analytics \/ dashboards
\n\tExperience applying behavioral science<\/p>\n
