Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly experienced\u00a0Senior System Administrator\u00a0to manage, support, and optimize enterprise IT environments with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud and identity technologies.\u00a0
\n\tThe ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong operational stability, and excellent communication skills to support enterprise-scale infrastructure and end-user environments.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEnd-to-end administration and management of\u00a0Microsoft Intune\u00a0(configuration, deployment, policy management, application packaging, and device lifecycle management)
\n\tAdministration and support of\u00a0Active Directory (AD)\u00a0environments including user, group, and policy management
\n\tManage endpoint security, compliance policies, and device governance across hybrid environments
\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve complex system, identity, and endpoint issues
\n\tImplement and maintain security baselines and device configuration standards
\n\tSupport identity and access management processes across enterprise systems
\n\tCollaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance
\n\tMonitor systems proactively to ensure uptime, stability, and compliance
\n\tDocument technical processes, configurations, and operational procedures
\n\tParticipate in escalation support and incident resolution for critical infrastructure issues<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n
\t10+ years’ experience\u00a0in Systems Administration or similar infrastructure-focused roles
\n\tExceptional hands-on experience with\u00a0Microsoft Intune (end-to-end administration is essential)
\n\tStrong experience in\u00a0Active Directory administration and management
\n\tSolid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including endpoint management and identity services
\n\tExperience with hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud integration)
\n\tStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across enterprise systems
\n\tExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n\tAbility to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment<\/p>\n
