This role is responsible for maintaining high service levels and inventory accuracy across distribution centres and stores, while enabling efficient communication between Massmart and Nestl\u00e9 to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>A day in the life of a Customer Based Coordinator:<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration between Business:<\/p>\n<p>\tCompiling and presenting KPI&#8217;s in weekly vendor sessions<br \/>\n\tCommunication on business projects that may impact trade (in alignment with CFSC Manager)<br \/>\n\tAssisting Merchants with queries on range information, master data and fill rate queries<\/p>\n<p>Fill rate management:<\/p>\n<p>\tWeekly communication on reasons and recovery where we have poor fill rates<br \/>\n\tEnsuring that the constraint reports are completed and a clear estimated recover time communicated<br \/>\n\tRisk notes sent where we have constraints on 1) promotional articles 2) KVI&#8217;s 3) Seasonal focus articles \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Stock health:<\/p>\n<p>DC Stock Health<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitoring DC SOH and highlighting risk to the replenishment teams where it exceeds min and max agreed stock levels<br \/>\n\tAssist in coordinating with Nestle Commercial Team on the uplifting of aged stock where required<\/p>\n<p>Store Stock Health<\/p>\n<p>\t\u00a0Monitoring store SOH and highlighting risk to the replenishment teams where it exceeds min and max agreed stock levels \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Reporting and analysis:<\/p>\n<p>\t\u00a0Compiling weekly vendor pack on key KPI&#8217;s, such as service levels, SOH, DSC, ageing stock and fill rates \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fill rate management:<\/p>\n<p>\tWeekly communication on reasons and recovery where there is instances of poor fill rates<br \/>\n\tEnsuring that the constraint reports are completed and a clear estimated recovery time communicated<br \/>\n\tRisk notes sent as above (collaboration between businesses) where there are constraints on 1) promotional articles 2) KVI&#8217;s and 3) Seasonal Focus articles<br \/>\n\tDriving estimated delivery time with their business<br \/>\n\tEnsuring all orders are correctly transmitted to vendor. \u00a0This may require an Open PO report to be sent. \u00a0Only into DC and Direct to store \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vendor forecasting coordination:<\/p>\n<p>\tSending through monthly vendor forecasts from Massmart to Nestle<br \/>\n\tAssistance with seasonal planning forecasts and securing of stock &#8221; \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Promotional Availability:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure forecasts that the planners\u2019 shares are shared from Massmart to Nestle<br \/>\n\tHighlight where there will be risk on promotional stock timeously<br \/>\n\tRisk notes to be shared with the buying, planning and replenishment teams where there are issues<br \/>\n\tCommunicate low stocks risks at stores with the replenishment teams using the order exception report shared daily. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Co-ordinating customer orders:<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinating the delivery of customer orders from vendor. \u00a0This may require prioritization within their business or the arranging of direct to store delivery&#8221; \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Optimization of the supply chain of accounts:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsuring accurate master data by keeping Massmart up to date on any changes so that their system can be updated<br \/>\n\tHighlight to us if there are concerns around Minimum order quantity or master data<br \/>\n\tAssist in driving order efficiency through both chains<br \/>\n\tDrive reduction in manual ordering by advising any F&amp;R parameters that need to be adjusted (in collaboration with CFSC Manager&#8221;
