ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tMaintain business applications to support Innovation in alignment with the IT strategy.<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tProvide input and implement plans regarding Bidvest Prestige\u2019s Application Architecture Strategy
\n\tEmphasis on Innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency specifically around Mobility and the implementation thereof
\n\tMaintain applications to support operational and mobility requirements of Prestige contracts
\n\tRemediation of system failures, logging all failures, documenting work procedures and system configuration.
\n\tInstallation, administration, and configuration of business applications
\n\tMaintain system backups and recovery
\n\tEnsure that Bidvest Prestige software complies to licensing agreements
\n\tProviding telephonic, remote, and onsite IT support at a 2nd line level as well as user training where required
\n\tDetermining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
\n\tEnsuring efficient use of applications and equipment
\n\tEnsuring company policies & procedures are adhered to
\n\tLiaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve escalated incidents, problems, and queries
\n\tAbility to communicate technical information at all levels<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tFormal Qualification in Information Technology and \/ or relevant experience and successful track record
\n\tSQL, Microsoft DevOps, Power Apps and Flow Certification, C-Sharp Preferred
\n\tGrade 12
\n\tCode 08
\n\tMS Excel ,MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Outlook and D365<\/p>\n
