Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead generation:\u00a0Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities.
\n\tClient management:\u00a0Maintain and grow relationships with existing customer accounts.
\n\tSales proposals:\u00a0Identify new sales opportunities and prepare accurate quotes and present product solutions to clients.
\n\tNegotiation:\u00a0Close deals effectively through persuasive communications and problem-solving.
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and skills:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years proven sales experience
\n\tHigh School Diploma (Tertiary qualification is a plus)
\n\tStrong communication skills
\n\tExcellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
\n\tExcellent verbal and written skills for professional sales pitches
\n\tResilience:\u00a0Ability to handle objections
\n\tAbility to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
\n\tValid driver’s license
\n\tNo criminal record
\n\tComputer literacy (with specific reference to Excel and emails)
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
\n\tAbility to work independently and in a team
\n\tRelevant industry experience is an advantage<\/p>\n
